Challenging, simple but effective total body workout.
18:00 - 19:00 Body Combat
A non contact martial art based fitness programme with moves drawn from Karate, choreographed to great music
19:00 - 20:00 All Over Body Workout
Workout that firms tones & shapes your body. Suitable for all levels. Includes ABBS 15 minute pure abdominal workout.

Beginners running group 10 week programme 
Mondays at 6pm

It's never too late to start running!
Fancy running, but not sure how to progress?
Our 10 week plan combines intervals of walking / jogging to build you up to 30 minutes of continuous running.
Run at a pace that is challenging but comfortable.
Would you like some company?
Then join some like minded people here at

Kit Basics 
All you need is loose comfortable clothing and a good pair of running trainers. As we get into the dark nights you will need a high visibility jacket/vest.
