Our 10 week plan combines intervals of walking / jogging to build you up to 30 minutes of continuous running.
Run at a pace that is challenging but comfortable.

Kit Basics
All you need is loose comfortable clothing and a good pair of running trainers. As we get into the dark nights you will need a high visibility jacket/vest.
